Yohei Tsuji, a sushi chef in Kyoto,spent 50 years creating YOHEI-NO-SUSHIZU(Sushi Vinegar). Just pour the sushi vinegar over warm rice and mix to make delicious sushi rice (aka Shari).
The 20 small sheets of nori (dried seaweed), perfect for hand-rolled sushi, are from Tokyo Kamata Morihan, a long-established nori shop that has been in business since 1927. The taste and texture of this Nori seaweeds give it a crispy and flavorful.
The kit allows you to enjoy hand-rolled sushi at home using seasonal fish, meat, and vegetables anything you like.
